There is no voice instruction, just verbal cues for posture transitions. Simple
​This app is so simple it’s perfect. It has the option for background but I turn that off and just listen for the voice prompts. The pictures are good reminders of poses. Definitely not for first time Bikram seekers, but amazing for those of us who no longer live close to a studio and want to continue to practice. Love the 60 minute option for quick morning session.
Exactly what I was looking for
All the yoga studios are closed and I’ve been practicing on my own for a year. I was so tired of hearing the voices of these random teachers giving motivation and other nonsense tips. Now I can do my hot yoga with my own music. I can listen to gongs, mantras, or Tool, and still get all the timing right for the series. Perfect!
Great Bikram Timer
​This is a basic timer that tells you when to change poses. If you're already familiar with the positions, it's all you need. It gives you a photo of each position to remind you which one it is, but no tips on how to do them. Which is fine.

Can I listen to my own music while using the app?
Yes, you can listen to your own music, and update that app sound from the Volume sounds menu.
Will this app teach me how to practice Bikram Yoga?
No, our app is geared toward yogis already familiar with the practice. While it will transition you from one posture to the next, it will not guide you into and out of the posture.
Can I customize the timing of the postures?
Our app offers a traditional 90 minute option, in addition to a non-tradtional 60 minute option.
